Very nice! What kind of software did you use to write the different parts for the instruments?

I just got Cubase Elements 7 and a Focusrite audio interface and I am learning to use them. I have Finale Notepad that came with my Essential Strings 2000 cello workbook. Finale is very easy to use. I will be buying the full version when I get a chance.

Finale takes a lot of work to learn how to use XD but once you get used to it, it is very nice. You can do a lot of stuff with it.

Thanks for the info. I really got my hands full learning to play the cello. It was my plan to submit a musical piece last week. I got an audio interface, Focusrite 2i4, to work with Cubase. Yet, my cello instructor is really taxing me to perfect my scales, handling the bow, and working on my time. It takes a lot of my available time just to do what he tells me to do. Last week and the week before I had so many doctor appointments, workouts at the gym, and going to DMV. I really have to work at getting enough time to practice cello. I plan to get that song recorded and posted on the forum here. It will be October sometime. I just have to work at these scales for hours to get them perfect along. I got Earmaster Pro 6 to help me practice my time. I plan to pick up Finale sometime after start posting songs on this site.
