Hi! Thanks for reading. This is a pretty simple but enjoyable song I've grown very fond of. If anyone could transcribe it I would be very grateful.

The first link is the full ending song of the anime. The second one is a solo piano cover of the shorter broadcast version of the song played by a very talented nico nico douga pianist.

I'd suspect the second link is a little easier since it's already written and most of the notes played are visible.
