I'd like to make a request for a song from the Fate/Stay Night visual novel.
It's the piano version of "This Illusion" or "Disillusion" (whichever one it is). In the VN it's called "This Illusion (Piano ver.)" and it seems it's also called so on the OST.
I'd really appreciate if someone would know where to find sheet music for this piece. The visual novel is popular and quite old already, surely the sheet music must exist somewhere where my google-fu skills can't take me? If not, I'd really, really, REALLY appreciate if someone would take their time to transcribe it.

I've seen one or two threads on this song, but they're 6 or so years old - and since I'm new, I don't really know what people think about necroing really old threads. One of the threads had both sheet music and a midi-file as a reply, but they were not the piano version, they were from the Anime's OP (which is not what I'm looking for).
