I think Tekken games are great, especially if you have some friends round and you all want to play a nice violent sort of game. My favourite is probably Tekken 3, nothing can beat that, but if I was playing with my friends I would have to say Tekken Tag. Anyone else like Tekken?

I love Tekken Tag Tournament for it has Tekken Bowl and that simply rocks XD

nyeh I never did like Tekken X_X I played it though, I admit the graphics are nice, and the systems are good...

I havent played in a while...

But i do have a funny memory about playing it, sort of. At Fiesta Texas (six flags theme park in san antonio woo!) they had this virtual reality room. And one of the games was Tekken. You stood on the platform and your moves controlled your characters, you get the picture!

Well when i swung my arm to punch my dad's ccharacter....I hit a wall and broke my thumb...lol

It hurt....My dad laughed cuz he won....

Mmm, I don't think Tekken Tag tournament is too great (besides Tekken Bowl) because it's all so slow... My first fighting game ever was Killer Instinct on the SNES in which characters moved much faster than in any other game I played (MK 1, 2, 3, 4, Tekken Tag, some DBZ games, Street Fighter and probably more)

Tekken is too slow X_X

uh.. tie between tekken 4 and tekken tag..
the best thing about tekken series is its simpleness.. not like KOF and Street Fighters where you have to do some crazy inputs for a single skill.. just mix some directions and keys and woohoo! a 10 hit combo XD

anyway.. I like tekken 4 because of the characters (new jin and steve)
but the tekken tag's system has to be the best ever.

i mastered tag.... hehehe.... my angel/xiaoyu/heihachi/jun is unbreakable.....

so many hours wasted.... i hab 4.... but eddy's forward kick to low sweep combo is unblockable now if u get hit by the first hit... so its really hard to win.... n plus jun n angel r missing.... n heihachi's ewgf doesn't lift....

*sigh*

dunno when its coming out..... but the tekken 5 trailer was in e3 i think...

at gamespot.... i streamed the trailer.....

n it had all the new characters...

back, downback, down, downfoward, foward x 2

all in like 3 frames just to use a special and commands like:

lever spin clockwise from down x 2

kind of commands which require insane prescision and dexterity..

hold down and: square, triangle, triangle, circle, square

is a much simpler command.. more musical too XD

tekken 4&#39;s tekken force mode would be so much better if it supported 2 player co-op

that was the start of fighting games.. (u didn&#39;t say if it was quarter circles or full or half)

kof had style that sf didn&#39;t... n characters...

thats y i liked kof over sf....

did it come out for the arcade?......

cabnit = the giant ugly box which u put ur quarter(or wutever currency ur using) in

Tekken has the best storyline for a fighting game. They all have reason for fighting. That&#39;s why I enjoy it. I like Tekken 4 the most.

its rather random though.. mostly about the mishima family showing off their screwedupness.. they should retire heihachi.. really.. "grampa nappies"

DoA does not have cabnits as for as ive seen..... but that dont matter to me

for me DoA has better graphics, faster fighting, better gameplay (except for Tekken 3, Tekken 3 just owned), when Tekken 4 was released they totally screwed by changing some of the gameplay wich was really retarded by the way (STUPID RETARDED POSITION CHANGE, WTF IS UP WITH THAT(for the different combo&#39;s yes I know(I rather have a big command then having to positionchange all the time))))

Defrag, what about position change.. it never gets used in skills and it doesn&#39;t play a large role.. really.. at best its pushing the enemy into a wall so you can combo more
wall sucks.. position change sucks.. bring in Tekken Tag Tornament 2&#33;&#33;

well if you took Hwoarong there were a wide spctrum of grabs if ya used position change......

but I really must say that DoA has always had the best Tag system of every fighting game ive seen so far

actually.. position change doesn&#39;t turn the opponent around.. so s/he&#39;d still face the same way.. it doesn&#39;t help in anyway with grabs(not just Hwoarang, everyone has different grabs from different sides)

the best thing i&#39;ve done with position change was to push the enemy into a wall for KO..

o wait it wasn&#39;t position change... youre right... wasn&#39;t it change stance??? that he switched feet?

ttt2 is wut im waiting for... although the fact that asuka kazama is going to be a character in 5 is tempting..........

i think they may wait for after 5 or even 6 so that ttt2 can have a significantly larger character list than the original....

but that still sucks....
