I don't know if anyone remebered me posting my "fugal diarrhoea" last year. I must admit that i was put off from composing because of how bad it sounded, even to its creater (haha, brings to mind the phrase, "not even it's mother could love it") So i've given up on fugues, and people said they were hard to composer (keep in mind, it was only my first XD)
So, i changed high schools this year. I was the best music student in my class in the old school. I guess standards were low, and now i'm the worst in my class at the new school. (well thats what i think anyway.) The teacher asked everyone to compose a 16-bar song within the lesson on a program called sibelius. I had no idea how to use Macs let alone the software. So at the end when we heard everyones pieces, mine sounded like crap XD
So i got home, feeling miserable,(how am i going to cope with the new environment and being last in the musis class, something i'm sussposedly good at. Well, i mean, i'm good at performing but not at composing...)
Anyway, i came up with my 2nd composition.
I call it "Mary's Little Lamb Died" I hope you like it, and can give me some productive feedback!
//Edit// filled in on some sections in this one...
