A few people sent me messages telling me to wait a few days... that's why this thread has been delayed. My computer was out anyway, not like I had much chance to close the thread. Anyway, here they are:

Title: first song with a good beat (that i made)
Composer: Evan C. (badgerglue)
Link: happy.MID (http://forums.ichigos.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=92000)

Title: CELEBRATION!!!!!
Composer: Maestro Isaac Smith (TrumpetPLaya42)
Link: CELEBRAT.MID (http://forums.ichigos.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=93249)

Title: Dreaming Under the Lilacs
Composer: James M. Greterman (Gnomish)
Link: Dreaming Under the Lilacs (http://forums.ichigos.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=93275)

Title: Medieval 1

Again, please listen to every sumbission, and consider how it relates to this month's theme "Celebration," before casting your only vote. Good luck to everyone!

My vote goes to Matt-Chan. :) Good job, Matthias! Good job everyone else, too. Matt-Chan's was just the most fitting, I thought.

Good luck, everyone!

My Vote: Dreaming Under the Lilacs
Nice flowing and memorable theme ^_^ The harmony is great as well. Good job :D

Matt-chan gets my vote. The song was very convincing, and well notated. The harmonicas (right?) played very good together, and added to the spirit of the song too :) It was a bit short though.. what a pity.

I really liked the upbeat theme of TrumpetPlaya's

Thank you Noir :) I used a recorder trio for the melody because it's very common in medieval songs ^_^

:EDIT:
I'm gonna post a longer version of this song when I'm done XD

is there a way to block the vote result from guests? before I log in and hear the song, I already see the result... (I think Gand has tried to fix it before - now it works for members but not for guests)

btw, great pieces you guys, congratz! I personally prefer Dreaming Under the Lilacs. Although it may not connect well with celebration, it is a beautiful piece nonetheless.

How's this? *points to sig* XD

~~

French Chocolate, by Mario Morello (Aeila):
I can't read mus files . . meh *shrugs*

First song with a good beat (that i made), by Evan C. (badgerglue):
Indeed that is a nice beat, but it sounds like a laid-back kind of celebration =P And you could fix up your ending and phrasing a bit.

CELEBRATION!!!!!, by Maestro Isaac Smith (TrumpetPLaya42):
Hehe, at times it was more laid-back than badgerglue's song, and other times it was more upbeat. Interesting range of expression!

Dreaming Under the Lilacs, by James M. Greterman (Gnomish):
While it is an excellent song from you (as usual), I don't think it fits the celebration theme =T Sorry . .

Medieval 1, by Matthias Samland (Matt-Chan^^):
I believe I've already commented on this in your thread ^^ But it doesn't sound like a celebration theme to me, sorry. Sure, it would fit if it was played in the medieval era, but still =T

~~

x.x hard decision . . alright, I vote for TrumpetPLaya!
