I'm not sure, but is that song Silent Jealousy the same theme that's on the X Series with Kamui in it? The one that plays when something real sad happens. Yes Silent Jelousy is from X/199 (the one with Kamui), but its not the main theme. I don't know if that's what you meant or not.
