I'm looking for Eternal Flower by Yoko Ishida, the beautiful piece featured in Ai Yori Aoshi's opening theme. The full version of the song plays during the closing of the last episode, and is also on Ishida's CD "Sweets". Due to the composition of the song, I'm guessing the main components would be the voice, chords and other fills, so it would probably be made into a piano piece, but I'll leave that to the disgression of the Pros here XD
