*beams* I am!
~Whee I've been waiting for another one.
I'm more of a mallet percussionist, hence why I'm in the pit for marching band. [It pays to play piano]. I've also got a 7 piece drumset at home which still needs spiffing up.
So, what kind of percussion instrument do you play most often?

Well, I'm a sophomore in high school and my first year on the drumline was spent in the pit. This year (10th grade) I played snare. I am taking lessons on marimba right now because if I want to study music in college I need to know the marimba. I really enjoyed the pit but nothing touches being on snareline.

well good luck and be careful because we put one of those mat things to cover up the half field picture and there was a huge chain reaction of falling because we tried to do the death spiral right next to it

Pit for life! If anything tenors is the next best thing.
I'm in the Pickerington Central Marching band. We're going to the 2006 Rose bowl parade with our comrads at North.
