Naruto Chaos (http://www.narutochaos.com) is nice for the anime and manga.

And Spectrum Nexus (http://thespectrum.net/manga.shtml) is good for Fruits Basket.

It's illegal to scanlate liscenced manga, so FB shouldn't really be out there anymore...anyhoo, some good ones are http://readmanga.com, http://ochitsuki.net/unmei/bwys.php, I can't find the direct link but you can look for inane scanlations, and narutofan.com, or download mIRC there you can download manga to your hearts content

www.manga.anime-source.com is a really good site.
