Anyone seen The Cat Returns? I'd never heard of it till last Saturday, when it was playing at the anime convention I was at. It was so cute! It was pretty funny, too..

I saw it at the supermarket but it only had French subtitles >_> As if I'm gonna blow my money on something with only Frenchiness on it.

Loooved it.
Watched it again.
Still loved.
Got a bunch of other people to watch it.
They all loved it.
It's just such an awesome movie.
I couldn't stop smiling after I watched it the first couple times.
I really thought that the English cast did a good job too.
Anne Hathaway and Caryl Elwes were perfect!

yeah this was cute as all hell. But i saw it right after seing My Neighbors the Yamadas, so it was kind of overshadowed. I mean Yamadas was just so amazingly well done, funny, and interesting that the Cat Returns just had a bit of trouble keeping up.

I bought the DVD two days ago :D It's awesome! The dub ain't TOO bad but sub is infinitely better ;) I loved the storyline concept and the King of Cats is such a sleazebag - I do like what the American dub did with him though with all the "hey babe" stuff XD I was so LMAO at that little Scottish fold cat that's the King's lackey (not the tall one in the coat but the little ginger and brown one) as well :P Great movie and who knows, I might even be able to convert my Mum to Ghibli films with this one ;)
