Second, does this have anything to do with an anime or game? Be honest now.

I believe the piano solo is from Kimagure Orange Road : "Saikai - Meeting again". I don't know what the original poster uploaded but judging from the title its from a shockwave flash object that shows a story about some characters in Final Fantasy XI to the above mentioned music. I like the piece and it would be nice to have the sheet music for it.
