Mine is Baroque! It sounds so mechanical and formal! :)

New Age.. stuff written today ^_^ especially those used in anime ost's

My favorite is the Classical period, because that's where Mozart is. Due to its nature, the Classical period is the ideal period. It allows more expression than the "mechanical" Baroque, but it doesn't have all the piddly flourishes of the Romantic. However, I love Bach, and I love Faure. So go figure.

I don't have a favourite era, but most of my favourites lived in (and after) the Romantic era.

As for the Classical era, there are gems like Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, CPE Bach, etc.. but I dislike most of the other composers, due to the extreme simplicity. Mozart was even regarded as complex during that era.

Early 20th century. Stuff like Debussy is gorgeous, but then you've got all these new ideas and styles... Great. :D

Romantic time period... I was crazy over a lot of Chopin's pieces when I was still learning piano... most are such beautiful pieces

I like classical but I really like modern music (it's to bad my piano teatcher won't teach me any so I have to teach it to myself in my spare time, in which I don't have a lot of)

My favourite is classical and romance and Chopin's peaces are often said to be romance and I think Chopin's the best thing since sliced bread, so I have two favourites.

Romantic and Classical, leaning toward classical more.

Hard to say, really. While I'm mad for Berlioz (Romantic) as an individual favorite, my Music Library (CDs, tapes and orchestral scores) encompasses everything from Gregorian Chant (Medieval) to Gabriel Faure. (Modern.)

Oh yes, all are fine, but the ANIME ERA!!!!!!!!!! is the best! (don't even consider anime era as real, this is figurative)

Romantic Period

The 80s new wave/ goth attack (as I call it). I like 80s music the best including the pop influence. Not all of it was good but majority of it was (to me anyway).

I like 80s stuff as well as techno. Techno, heavy metal, and stuff like that is considered New Age, right? :blink: Some classical music I like...^^;
