This is a funny movie, in some ways, stupid, in some ways and good. The fighting and all is so cool, especially that bakery guy, the one with the spear (makes me want to study the arts of the spear) :D . Wish I had that instrument in which those 2 top assassins were hired to kill the 3 masters...oh well, that was like a really great part!! What do you think about the movie?

its already out? i thought i came out in NYC and San fransisco and it comes out evcery where in a week............

I saw the azn version, it was great. I liked the graphics, kinda cheesy but fit the theme really well.

Yeah, it went wide yesterday here in the States.
The movie was fun as hell, loved it. Better than Shaolin Soccer in my opinion. Can't wait for the DVD to come out.

I also got the one from china and even though I couldn't understand most of it, I think it was a great movie.

btw sumutsi that instument is called a gu-zhen. I have some friends who have one. :P

Wow!!! I want to get one!! WHOO HOO!!! Lol. That'd be cool if you could send flying invisible sharp stuff at your enemy...oh well it's not possible nowadays...I'll still get a gu-zhen anyways and by the way isn't that instrument used in Japan too?

eh, yes but a slight variation from the chinese counter part, any ways, dont you love the bit when he keeps hitting the axe gang leaders head with the bat, and also teh attemtped murder with throwing knives, adn also the high speed running alon teh high way lol

ahh cool, im glad people like this, I just bought the DVD from Hong Kong (just came in the mail), but some of my friends were saying that they didn't like it. But then again, they're idiots and Steven Chow is freakin hilarious. I LOVED Shaolin Soccer.

just as FYI, this movie got nominated and won a TON of awards at the Hong Kong film festaval (just watched the awards show...a week ago). I think it got best picture as well, but i wasn't paying much attention, so i could be wrong.

hmmm...for some reason I've seen it already and I'm in England. Saw it about two months ago on dvd. It's really funny although sometimes its pushing the cheesiness factor. Is a good film to watch if you've got spare time. ^_^

The MPAA sucks. This definalty didn't deserve an R rating.

I like the the resturant owner guy, the one with the Hexagon Spear skills, that was cool!! I want to be like him!! XD Hehe, gonna to go China and study the Hexagon Spear!! :drool: I will perform maybe in the parks in NY and get some extra cash....maybe... :D

hilarious movie, great while watching, but leaves much to be desired in terms of story line. quite a letdown actually, after you finnish. seriously, the storyline sucks. sorry Sumutsi, but it had to be said. i agree, its a freakin funny movie with awesome martial arts, but the story is terrible.

I totally understand you and I don't hate you or despise you. I was pretty much listening to the martial arts very closely and laughed at the hilarious parts, the storyline I really don't know what it is...nor do I care for this movie, the martial arts already placed enough entertain and woe for me! :D

my brothers got a boot leg copy of it. don't know where but i still havne't watched it yet although i really want to. too busy XD maybe i'll watch it today.

AWWWWHHHH another genius comedy from Stephon Chow, he is a pure legend!!!!! My dad got it from HK and it was just class, just laughin practically all the way through it!

I do agree that the storyline is terribly pants! But still the a very funny film but i still prefer Shaolin Soccer to this. Shaolin Soccer has gotta be my favourite movie *hands down*

I also agree with Shinji, Shoalin Soccer was great too. Neither are my favorites, as much as I liked them though.

I got the DVD a couple of months ago, the Chinese version, It was such a funny movie...Gotta love those foriegn booths in the malls! :D

I really want to see this movie! But I can't find anyone who has it, with english subs. I love Kung Fu movies ^^
