well,to make the music,you can use note worthy composer or MIDI NOTATE.

to print,you can use finale notepad. ^^

There's another program called Anvil Studio - http://www.anvilstudio.com that's pretty good...

You have to pay for an add-on to be able to print with Anvil :(
