I'm not sure what you mean... If you want to print it for your own enjoyment I would just scan it into your computer, adjust levels of contrast and just print. But if you mean to publish, then you might wanna search online for people who are looking for authors to publish, or submit a manuscript to a company such as TokyoPop, Animerica, Shojo, etc.

not publish with like, tokyo pop or somthing, like i mean sorta for mi own enjoyment. only like five copies of the book. i'm not good enough for the big publishers.

Well then, like I've said before, I would scan it in, adjust the contrasts of dark and light using a program such as photoshop or painter, and then print a single copy. Then go to Kinko's or some place like that to make more copies.

Personally, I'd find a good webcomic host (Keenspace is okay, but DrunkDuck is alot easier). :D I use DrunkDuck (www.drunkduck.com) because it's really, really easy to use...I'm not a huge computer expert if you catch my drift. ^^;;

Most of the cost in publishing is preparing the press for your book. Hence, printing one book will cost as much as 50% of the cost of printing 1000 books. Of course, the per-book cost drops as numbers rise. You could always do it with a laser printer by yourself though, but then you don't get covers and binding.
