ive tried searching for the mp3 and midi but i got very few results in google. Maybe you can get the TV Size version youself by using a program to record the Audio output while you are watching the ED Moonlight. If you get the mp3 and post it here, there's a chance it might capture some attention and a transcriber who's willing to transcribe for you.

Just an idea though :D

P.S.I've attached the trial version of a program to this post that can record the audio for you. Full version requires you to buy but with trial you can record up to 3 minutes. I think that's long enough. It's not the best, but I think it's good enough
