We can always do a weekday, I was just saying that that was the only weekend we could do, since my dad's coming the weekend before, and Angelic's leaving the weekend after.

Dates in July we (Angelic and I) can NOT make are:

1st-7th, 11th-12th, 16th-17th and Angelic leaves on the 17th.

So basically, the only dates we can make are:

9th-10th, and 13th-15th.

And we're going to stay the night, just to let you know, and those are the only periods of days when we have at least 2 consecutive days free. ~_~

I&#39;d like everyone to post what kind of time they&#39;ll be getting into London on the 9th, if possible, and what train station or bus station they&#39;re coming into - I&#39;ll be meeting Angelic and Spoony at Victoria Coach station at 10.45am, so other peeps have the option of coming to Victoria as well, or making their way to the nearest Circle Line tube and we&#39;ll do a bit of a round trip to pick everyone up (though that will use up a bit of time) - if you can&#39;t make it to Victoria it&#39;d be preferable for you to get over to Hyde Park Corner, as I think we&#39;re gonna end up having a picnic in Hyde Park, weather-dependent and if everyone&#39;s agreeable. Then maybe after we can check out some of the anime stores around the place.

If we do do the picnic thing, it&#39;d be nice if everybody could bring along something as picnic food, e.g. chips and dip, or potato salad or whatever. And erm, yeah, optional but if you could post to say what you&#39;d bring it prevents us having like twenty bags of Kettle Chips (not that Spoony would object XD)

Okay okay okay, hooooold on people&#33; Just a couple of reminders:

1. This trip is completely optional. Everyone is invited, but if you don&#39;t feel comfortable, you can just pull out - it&#39;d be sad, but think about it, you&#39;re paying what, £6 or more for your London travelcard, so if you don&#39;t feel like you&#39;re going to have a good time then there&#39;s little point in spending the money :)

2. I&#39;d be happy to send scans of my passport to anybody by email who has doubts about my identity - Spoon and Angelic might not be as willing to do this, but I will vouch for them that they are who they say they are. However, if my word&#39;s not enough verification of their identity, that&#39;s okay.

3. If you do come along, and you feel uncomfortable, you are under no obligation to stay - we&#39;re going to Hyde Park, it&#39;s a big place, there are a lot of people around, and if you ever want to get away from the group for a little while you can go for a walk and come back later, and if you want to leave then you can do, and go out for a trip around London before you go home :)

4. I&#39;d like to request that other people going along on the trip do NOT take personally any other&#39;s decision not to come, or to leave early - as I&#39;m the organiser of the trip it&#39;s my responsibility to ensure that everyone who comes along enjoys themselves and feels safe. Everyone is their own person, you can wear what you like, eat what you like, say what you like (though please, nothing that&#39;s too argument-provocative, in consideration of others) and so on.

5. Meeting up with people from the internet is a big step - it requires a lot of self-confidence, courage and open-mindedness, because people rarely act in real life the same way they do online. Please treat the other people who come along with respect - they&#39;ve come along because they want to meet you in person and regard you as a friend. I&#39;ll do my best to make things smooth for everybody and keep everyone involved - I don&#39;t want anybody to feel isolated, unwanted or left out, and I will not be please with anybody who actively directs hostility towards any other member.

6. Please be nice? :heh: I mean, realistically I can&#39;t do anything except show disapproval towards people who don&#39;t behave well - I&#39;m trusting everyone to welcome each other and be open-minded. So long as that happens, we should all have a nice time :)

I think people still want to do it. It's just a case of organisation because Maz did all the organising last time I think. If you find dates and times people are available like last time, then we can do this.

@ Spoony- I know a good park in Birmingham, about 5 mins walk from the music shop we were talking about the other day....well its not exactly a park but it would be great for a picnic if its not wet.
