I liked 9 because of the theme and theres actualy a chind you can play..

8 was weird because of the junction system and how it was to plain and simple... for an example, the battle screen. the tool bar was VERY plain.

For many in the world, they dont have the luxury of having pets, like me. This game gives the the chance of having a pet that you actualy have to watch and take care of. It needs a responsable person to play, not just some 7 year old who wont pick up poo, wash the dog or talk nicly with out yelling.

Its a very complacated game. A good reason why it isnt for young children is this. If you neglect it in anyway, it will run away. When it comes back, I bet a younger child will start to yell at it. You would think that yelling or wispering to a game wouldnt make a diffrence, but yelling at your nintendog actualy makes it sad and scared, and provoking it to run away agian.

Another great reason is you need to know your limits. A young child will play with the dog untill it is pooped, hungry and thristy. But the child probably wont hech the nintendogs status, and wont feed/water the dog untill its so tired, it wont move, and the child will only get madder and madder, untill the dog runs away.

I bought it from GAME which is a video game retailer here in the UK. I was surprised they had them in stock, they were nearly sold out.

Played it and it rules. If you liked the past Castlevania games, you will most certainly love this. I like it that you have to use a magic seal thing in order to completely kill the boss, if you fail to do it properly, the boss doesn't die. You can also use summons to help you on your quest.

I plan on getting Elder Scrolls 4, Oblivion as soon as it comes out for the pc

I played the demo, and geeze it was scary. You've got the classic Jap Horror spooky little girl, add the warped dream sequences from Max Payne, plus some unbelievably smart A.I. that'll do anything not to get shot (eg. jumping through office windows, jumping over staircases, creating barricades), and that makes one crazy FPS game.

I remember thoroughly enjoying the first game. I didn't like the second one so much, as the story wasn't as good and there wasn't anything new in terms of gameplay (compared to the first one).

But yeah, at the time, Max Payne 1 was revolutionary, but is still tonnes of fun!

Nintendo released info saying they will be retailing Electroplankton out of Japan in Janurary of '06. But not it stores..Instead you will buy it and download it online :) Amasing work Nintendo!

What would you download it onto? The DS doesn't really have a cache memory (anything like a hard-drive) does it? Would you just be able to play it once?

I'd get CV: DS for now, and then save up for AC. Remember, AC won't come out until December 5th (according to nintendo.com); that should be enough time to scour up 30+ bucks. AW: DS is pretty good, but personally I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I'm enjoying Castlevania (though I did enjoy it a lot).

Then again, we do have Mario Kart and Mario & Luigi coming out next month. @_@ My wallet's gonna take a beating, I imagine...

I would go AW over CV because its more my game, but then I heard the graphics are beautifull in CV, and I love 2D art.....

I can't wait until Final Fantasy 3 comes out for the DS. It's all 3D and stuff!^_^

Its fake 3D, thats the catch. Real 3D will allow camera movement, but in FFIII: DS, camera movement is only allowed in some buildings. But I dont mind. Its more of a hyper-detailed-2D game in an isometric veiw.

Well, if it uses polygons instead of sprites, then it is indeed 3D.

I mean, you wouldn't call FFX 2D, even though it had a fixed camera, would you? Or Metal Gear Solid (2 and 3, I think)?

And as for Castlevania; it is gorgeous. It's silky smooth, and the sprite effects are amazing. And it's not just a pretty face; the gameplay is so much fun. Even with 2+ hours of homework per night out of a 12-hour school day, I've managed to get over 60% of the game completed in 4 days. There's insane replay value, I hear, as there are tons of secrets and unlockables. In all honesty, though, if there was absolutely no way you could get both CS and AC, I'd wait for AC, simply because it'll be online and it's replay value is potentially endless. CS gets my highest recomendation for games currently out, though.

I was gonna get Phenoix Wright for my DS, Castlevania, Lunar, or Trauma Center, but I put those on hold because I 'm gonna buy Mario Kart DS on November 14! Thats when the DS gets set up with wifi! The first wifi game!!! I'm so excited! ^_^
