Thats easy  go: Select>All. Now go Edit>Stroke and adjust the settings to what you want and make sure the position is set to inside. ^_^ Easy border.

anyone using virtualdub?

its a program to capture frames from animes or whatsoever.....

I found it a bit confusing to transfer a selection to frames and save it with photoshop as a gif.... anyone experience with htis?

Actually Vdub is a powerful Video editing tool. Not a program to capture frames with.

Save your frames, load them in PS, make them the right size and use Imageready to make an animated gif.

After saving the frames you delete the images you don't want -_- did the idea of looking for information on google ever come to your mind?
