I seriously hate to beg...but I have absolutely no ear for transcriptions...and I couldn't find it anywhere...so.
The name of the song is Paying the Worthless War from Legaia II:Duel Saga. Ish by Hitoshi Sakimoto, and it's the theme during the camp scenes.
