Aren't you guys in awe?

I find it amazing that we humans have the capacity and luck to be able to enjoy music and to be able to compose new works . . . I mean, it must be so complex how our brain goes through the entire thought process . . .

What are your thoughts?

Now that you mention it Alphonse...that is so right. (Oh and no way is this topic boring.) I was just thinking briefly about this the other day. That we are able to harness the power of sound waves and make it pleasing to the ear, forming music. Playing the piano really made me think about that, the whole physics and biology behind it. It's quite a fascinating thought. Wow...so beyond my mind that I don't know exactly what to say about it...except that I completely agree with your statement.

Yeah, that's amazing to me, but also, I think it's so strange that some combinations sound, "bad," scary, happy, or good. I mean there's nothing inherently bad, scary, happy, or good about frequency combinations, but we perceive them so. And yes, I was looking at Mozart's Dies Irae today, and I was absolutely amazed.

I think it goes along with any perspective of art. It's amazing that humans can create music, but it's equally amazing to see the visual perspectives as well. Even in writing, humans have the capacity to convey passion through the means of a simple verse.
