heh... i'm not really sure if theres a thread like this already up but when i seacrched they didnt have it sooo~ i'm just gonna make one... i hope thats okies... :unsure:

anywho. theres sheet music on ichigos for country road from mimi wo sumaseba but its for the piano.... i was wondering if anyone knew a site or someplace that i could get the violin sheet music for country road... yeah

so if anyone knew anywhere or if they have it please let me know~~~ :)

Hmm... I've been listening to this piece, and it seems that the violin accompaniment has an F note which is actually two semitones lower than the lowest G in the standard violin tuning. The F note tends to be rather weak, but it's definitely there. Either the instrument is a detuned violin (!), or it's actually a viola...

Any violin/viola players care to enlighten us on what is going on here? Thanks!

It could quite be possible that it is a viola. But there is a insturment that I can't think of right now that might be able to answer your delama but I will go look. I'm honestly a first year violin player but I would be able to ask some of my friends that play also violin and viola. I'll try to get back to you soon.

I haven't seen the movie for a while, but I'm pretty sure they specifically say that he plays the violin.... Ah well. I would say take the melody line of the piano version and play it. If the notes are off, you can tranpose it, I suppose...
