i was on this site recently, and i forgot the url, but i can describe as best i can

it was for .ogg downloads of anime osts, and it had 3 high speed slots where you can download easier if you are downloading on 100 kbps or faster and if you cant get on the server to dl, it shows usually a pic of naruto saying you have to wait your turn... and... hm... thats all i can remember. please help! i cant remember what i typed on google either, and nothing i tried sofar has worked...
