What's your favorite bands and music genre? Personally, I mostly like rock and stuff, but I like a little bit of everything. I like a teenie bit of rap if it has a message, like Black Eyed Peas - Where is the love? or Eminem - Lose Yourself.
Some of my favorite bands are: Blink 182, Dave Matthews Band, Smile Empty Soul, Linkin Park, Three Doors Down, and A Perfect Circle. What about you!

Call me old-fashioned, but I like Baroque, Renaissance, Medieval (Middle Ages), and VG music. :)

It&#39;s not a matter of kind but of the each songs individually (and mood too).

And boy I have a strange taste.

Modern to classical, rock to ballad to pop to musical to movies, traditional to the most modern. western to eastern.

Can&#39; t really say which but I problably more leaning toward anime type of songs ... which is not really j-pop either.

Do I make any sense? :unsure:

But I don&#39;t think I like the heavy country and that kind and I HATE dangdut.
Does anybody know what dangdut is?
I really have problem with its beat.

I used to like a Canadian band called &#39;Sloan&#39; but somehow I lost interest. I like Shonen Knife a lot, but only for sheer randomness and strangeness. I dislike nearly all other music, except for anime and VG music.

Legião Urbana is nice, its a brazilian band (I&#39;m brazilian), they have nice songs.

I LOVE Melodic Metal, things like:
