yo guys i just finished reading the first volume of this new anime MAR (marchen awakens romance), and i was just wondering if anyone else has read it too and what they thought about it.

yeah i watched a few. Its alright, if you like adventure type anime. At first i though its gonna be childish, but its not too bad, some of the animations were really good. So far in the series i haven't seen any depressing moment like those in rurouni kenshin's OVA reflection (or OAV?), which is one of the reason why i like it. No offence to the fans, just don't like depressing anime.

yea, i read mar until vol 9 i think.

yea, at first i thought it was...weird.
like pokemon or digimon or smth.
with all the weird accessory. then i read on and found it quite interesting. yupp, though it tends to get a lil draggy after a while.
i found the character drawings cute though

yah i liked the drawing style too

Yeah Nobyuki Anzai is pretty good... but he lacks variety in his drawings (Flame of recca)
