Well, they say prescription Concerta stimulates each aspect of your mind, so I decided to test this. I took 72 mg's aka double the normal dose, and decided to compose a song. Tell me what you think, and mods, please don't lock this thread, at least not before someone posts come comments ~_~ ty :]



In my opinion this is an improvement over my previous compositions, you be the judge :D

Yes, concerta is a stimulant, it's also anti-ADD medication, basically increases your concentration, and overall capacity for performance. The only bad thing about it is that, it has few side effects which every consumer experiences, and post-euphoric fall, the effect lasts 2-4 hours, fall lasts about 3. If you don't do anything stupid, like overdosing, it's fairly non-addicting, and does not leave any permanent traces.

Safe, yes. Safer than pot and alchohol :shifty:

In my honest opinion; if this song is a result of a double dose of drug usage, it isn't worth it. What you're doing is pretty stupid. If you're that bad a composer, then drugs will certainly not help you achieve greatness. Or even improvement, for that matter. Composing isn't self-sacrificing, or at least it shouldn't be.

I do hope the medicine you're using will consume you.

I think I need some of that... 'cause I'm beginning to think that i have ADD as well. This is a catchy song. I expected a french horn somewhere in the piece but guess not (I like french horn). The flute was very pleasant to listen to and the piece was flowing very smoothly. 8.5/10
