Does anyone like Saiyuki? If so what character?? I like the character Goku whose name means spoken word... He is just so Kawii!

lol I already forgot about saiyuki, but yeah I like it a little. Don't remember all the names but GOKU IS ANNOYING =D he only wants to eat all the time. Cho hakkai is cool and his dragon named Hakuryuu or something? :P

It's based on "Journey to the West" The novel that the popular Anime Dragonball was loosly based on.

I've read some of the manga and you can say I'm hooked. Once I get my lazy arse up and get some money, this is going to be one of the first one's I'm investing into.

My favorite is Gojyo. Don't know why, but I find that type of character sexy. lol. Not to mention his choice weapon.

i like the anime, but i don't like the fact that they're potraying Sanzo the high priest as one who smokes, drinks, and carries a gun

But that's what gives him character. If he were a regular priest the story wouldn't be as interesting.

My favourite character is Kougaiji(maybe I'm influenced by my friend). He's not the bad guy... and cares about his sister(I wish my bro's like him). I love when he chants!!! Goku is not bad too!!! Though he only cares about his food... Hmm...... In other words, I like Saiyuki very much too, though it's not a new anime...

It doesn't have to be a new anime to be good. IMO, th eolder ones are sometimes better.

I really must get around to watching Saiyuki rather than reading it.

Anyways, I love this anime. It's very cool. I think that I like Sanzo the best *wishes for a holy gun for christmas*.

Omg!!! I love that show my fav characters : it is gotta be a close race but Goku wins by abit (because im always hungery) and hes hella strong But then its has to be GOJYO!!!!!!!! He is soooo cool //^_^//
