It's harder for people to admit they're wrong than to prove that they are right. Stubborness in that sense just means you are weak. You can't grow stronger mentally with that attitude all the time as you won't be able to learn from mistakes because you don't believe you've made any.

I just want to point out that a successful relationship is held by people of equal looks. So if you're not good-looking, you shouldn't expect more than your own standard. Not to say that you couldn't get a good-looking girl, just that it won't work out in the long term.

That's strange because when I was still a senior at my old high school, I had a friend whose boyfriend was 40... No problem. Just you might want to check if people are refering to you, rather than another guy or if they're being sarcastic. I know I'm undermining your judgement, but people usually want to hear postive things about themselves and sometimes bend what they think in order to achieve it. One way you can check is by watching girls' eyes and seeing if they look at your face, then down and then up again (as in checking out your body).

Well, it's been close, far, semi-close; it's happened a lot of times. Also keep in mind I have pretty good range of eyesight as well as my hearing capabilities.

Girls probably don't talk to me because I'm more of an out-there loner you could say. I don't always give my real feelings out, but I am a tad emotion and mature in things.
