people who haven't watched the actual anime would think Risa is prettier and better than Riku, but she is annoying. Her voice is way too high, hehe. I prefer Riku too, but favourite is still the cool Hiwatari. Actually, I like most of the characters which Hiwatari's voice actress does *eg Spiral's Eyes Rutherford!!* ^^

I have seen the first episode, and it got me hooked! And what does "DN" stand for?

cause Dark is in his DNA.....so the name of the anime is DNAngel

yeah ive read it.. but i cant ever seem to get riku and risa straight.. i always mix them up resulting in me getting confused... @_@ but overall i reallly like the story and plot... :D

D stands for Daisuke N stands for Niwa. And My favorate Charater is, of course Riku.

ive never watched the anime and never read the manga i just hear the music so i dont know if its good or not.

Read some of the manga up to the end of book 5 (at my school's , and now watching the anime. Yup now off to class..downloading epsiode 2 in my room, so i'll watch that when i get back. I think I like the manga art better than the anime so far. XD

Cool, is it worth getting all the graphic novels for DN angel? Cause I have the first one but I'm debating whether to buy the others.

The arthour who created D.N. Angel sure did a great job on it~The story is so creative~(Sometimes I think it's better then Inu-yasha~)

Gah! I am looking hard to find volumes 3-5, because my evil local bookstore only has 1, 2, and 6. I think it is awesome from what I have read so far. I really wanna read volume 3. Gotta find it! ^_^

I've read the manga, and I do say I enjoyed it.

Is is one of my favorites, no, but it was enjoyable.

I've watched it. It was my favourite for quite a while.

I've seen a few episodes from my friend's On Demand stuff. I read some of the manga too, but since I hardly ever read it or saw it it just faded away...but not my love of the bishies it holds. Dark...*drool*

Read the manga 1-9. Saw two episodes that had a totally different storyline than the manga.

ive read 1-7 i think and have just got the first disc....the anime is quite differnt and i dont think its as gd, the random CG doesnt seem to fit

watched the first few eposides and Dark is soo charming.......Love that Arrogant attuide of his.^-^

ive finished the anime and i'd say its worth the watch. i also started reading the manga a while back and it's probably even better than the anime. both are definitely worth checking out.

i've read volumes 1-8 of the manga (still waiting for 9 over in my hole of a town) and have volumes 1,3, and 4 of the anime. technically, i perfer the manga, but the japanese version of the anime is awesome. favorite characters are most certainly Satoshi and Krad. ^_^

yup, watched it. Very nice how they had sub stories, and also a deeper main storyline throughout the whole anime. Music is great, drawing isn't bad, recommend watching this anime for those who hasn't watched it~

But she was ... Daiousk.... Daioski..... Daioskae.... URGGG!!!! Newa-san's first love. Not to mention tourtures him through out the series.

It is definately a good anime to watch, though some of the Homosexual undertones between Hiwatari and Newa will make the overal pace of this anime, a bit off balance for those that are not used to it. The sound is nice (but extremely repetitive on the town theme) and animation is nicely done. They did throw in some CG; for absolutely no point. The only thing that I really disliked about this anime was the "Rushed" ending. It was like the animators said: "Oh crap! We only have 3 more episodes left! Let's throw this and that in, add some tear-jerking moments and call it Grand!" (I suspect that the manga did a better job than the anime, as always).

Mies Grading Scale: 7.5/10 ~ It's worth your time to watch it, if not once, then twice.

Risa is ok she may seem useless but i wouldnt call her a bad character, but Riku is more spunkier than her, i like that! haha ^^ nd yea the manga is alot better than the DVD i guess its cuz the DVDs didnt follow the exact storyline as the original ya'know? so its not very exciting...HAHA!! but i do look forward to the last volume of DNAngel !! ^^ its an awesome manga!! i rate like a 10 on a scale of 100 !! 0.o lol jk jk !! ahahaha just a perfect 10 outta 10 ! ;)

I've seen up to about ep.10, can't say the storyline has me enthralled, but I love the art they do for the show. Dark is cool ^^. So people would say the manga is better than the anime storylinewise at least? Because honestly I was dissapointed by the anime -_- But I've seen the manga around, haven't really had the chance to flip through it though.

Awsome anime and manga. One of my favorites. Of dnxangel it all works out so dont worry too much about daisuke becuse he finds someone else, a whole lot better then risa thats for sure but she does get more mature to the ending.

The manga was much better than the anime. I think it's just me, but the characters in the anime had pretty funny voices and the characters had like really long and skinny bodies. But the manga art is amazing and is definitely worth reading! Go D.N.Angel!!

I must say, I've read the manga and when I first saw the anime, I was disappointed. I suggest reading the manga, everything's much more developed and the characters have much more depth to them. I guess the storyline's rather on a kiddy side, in some aspects...:heh:
