The sheet music to this existed at http://www.animescores.com/~gp32, but the website went down and now I can't seem to find the sheet music anywhere else. It'll be really nice if someone can either post up the sheet music for it, or do a new transcription. Thank you.

Yup, site doesn't exist anymore... but you can try looking for old versions of it at http://archive.org-- I think you can still find this there
