If you go to *cough* Ichigo's sheet music index, look up the S section and scroll down to "Sen to Chihiro", you'll see the Melody and Piano. Choose the second file. It's the melody part but you can make it an octave higher if you think it sounds better on the flute. Is this what you're looking for?
