'iTunes' is one Program capable of doing that. You can download it at www.Apple.com/itunes/ All you have to do is open the Midi in iTunes, and somewhere in the menu bar there is an option to convert the song to an Mp3.

Go to the preferences and there should be a tab where you choose which format the songs that you import from a CD will be in. Choose Mp3, and then you'll have the ability to change them to Mp3.

*Note: You still use the "Convert selection to Mp3" Selection in the menu.

Awesome. I needed a program like that too. It's hard learning some new songs when the timing is all over the shop. *Runs off to convert and burn her old midi files to cd*

That's what I though. Oh well, it's usefull for CD's I guess. itunes automatically converts them when you burn them onto a CD, though.

I still don't understand what to do. Where is the preference tab? Sorry if I'm being dense or something. I really want to make my midis Mp3s.

okay, theres a few ways to do this,so listen:

1. take the midi, and use switch (http://www.nch.com.au/switch/) to convert it to an mp3

or

2. play the song on your keyboard, use the software that came with it to put it on your computer, and see if saving it as an mp3 works.

umm........i've never really tried this before,so sorry if it doesent work.:heh: i'm pretty sure it will work though.
