I like the Harry Potter group portrait. If they ever decide to do an anime version, they should hire you as the character designer.

wow.... i really am impressed! you must've put lots of determination into your pictures! to draw for....how long? XD wow..... ive been drawing anime for about..... 4 years..... and i really find that looking at refernce pictures really helps me alot! Also, when i cant do a pose, i just copy the pose from another person's picture and draw my character in it :) I dont think its good to copy, but i think its better that way to practise. Keep up your good work! :)

About 8 years...and going..

8 years! How old are you? 'Cause if I've been drawing for 7 years. (Well technically 5 years since I stopped drawing after high school) You know what will help you? Tracing. Trust me on this one. When I was in middle school I studied the positioning of anime characters' eyes, ears, mouth and all that good stuff by copying and tracing. Only their faces though. And now it is pretty simple to draw faces without having to use an eraser at all. Oh... this is an advice from the experience so don't take it so lightly.

I have to agree with Monkey, your proportions are off=wack. Even if it was chibi, its off-wack. You need to put more detail into your eyes too. Eyes in a drawing is one of the most important thing. Your hair is nice, but dont make it so stiff and straight. Also, for the side veiw pictures, pronounce the forehead a bit more, and dont point the nose up so high.

For some proportion tips, the highth of the head is half the highth of the upper-body. The highth of the legs is about 3 1/2 times the highth of the head. But thats a lose rule, it varies alot of times.

Overall, my favorite image is the Harry Potter one, Harry is draw very well.

If you ever decide to get serious about your drawings, get a soft kneadable eraser and some felt-tip pens to ink your drawing. Inking really helps bring out the picture. Tips that the others provided are useful too.
