Very good. It sounds very ethereal, and I liked the subtle strings halfway through. This shows some excellent use of simplicity and repetition.

Three thumbs up mate.

Very nice! It's very simple, but elegant and sad...it was amazingly effective! If your friend is on Ichigos, you should enter it in the competition.

The second one is better, no doubt. How did your friend add those human voices? They sound very authentic

That's... that's her singing? I'm astounded!
Anyhow, I thought it has alot of Enya style in it. Very soothing and (quoting Noir7) ethereal.

The first version is a little too repetative if you're actually listening to it. :heh:

But the second one simply blew me away! ^_^

Oh and the composition competition is a sticky on the "Compositions" forum. It's called, "CMA: Double Up." :)

Cool piece. The chords reminds me a bit of Philip Glass, but not in a bad way ;). More voice parts would've been nice, though; it just came and went in such a brief period that I almost didn't catch it.

OMG. This piece made me orgasm. *_* This is a very well executed piece: the piano compliments the flute(s) very nicely, and the singing... *melts* My only complaint is that the progression isn't exactly the best it could be. :| However, it does magnify the melody very well, and that's basically all that matters. =P

Overall this manages to be a very nice piece. ^__^ I'll be sure to come back again if you decide to post another composition.

its very short and stupid really.. and nothing to compare to the earlier song anyway on here.. but still, thought I'd post it anyway to see..yea.. how ya'll feel about it.. :D
