I think I know what what you're talking about... The song Sayo played was Beethoven's Sonata no. 14 in C sharp minor, op. 27 no. 2, aka "Moonlight Sonata" (Sonata quasi una Fanasia). Sayo only played Agagio Sonsenuto (the first movement), if I recall correctly.

As for where to find it: Well, I guess technically, it's not really an anime song, and you're only supposed to request anime and game songs in this forum. You can go out and buy the actual scores, but I know there's versions of the song floating about somewhere on the internet, just not sure where; just do a quick search on Google and you should be able to find it.
