HIYA GUYS !!!! It's glad to have this webby and forum back after it's been down for a long period of time. I'm finally back ! ^^ I've come out with 5 albums so far : Lost of Ronfaure, Ominous, Princess of Justice, The Basement and Tales of Two Love Birds.

it's definitely a background music. :P What were u thinking. :P Ever watch an anime? :P relaxing ? eheheh. Might be due to the instruments i used. I used piano, bell and a kind of plucked instrument which sounds a bit like guitar. Well, since this is a princess' battle theme, i have to use soft instruments. If it's a prince's ! MUAHHAAH> HEAVY METAL ! :lol:

I felt the tension, but I'm not really into this kind of music so I won't analyze any further. The orchestral hits were strange, though :mellow: The melody that followed was okay, and the choir too. What I want though is a change of beat in the middle of the piece. Perhaps not a total change, but something more raw and pumping. Maybe introduce an electric guitar to play the harmonics, and that latin choir to do the singing.

Ah haha! that first song you posted should be a new Inuyasha song, either ending or intro. just gave it that fell.. hah!! :heh:

Yea, sounds video gamish..

Got a little annoying after the intro. At 1:20, it seemed to get better, then went back to nuissace. But the change at around 1:40 blew me away.

Overall, I feel it was "O.K." ;)

well. To be honest. I have no idea about heavy metal. I only learn organ. =p Oh yeah, speakers do influence the music quality. It u play using woofer speakers, i will say it sux. >.< Play using normal speaker will sound better. I never like woofer speakers. Anyway, new music from my new album called The Force. I could perfectly imagine a troop of warriors rising the crest of a hill, readyt for the final battle. Very nice, since it is background music for a movie, right? ^_^

yup. it's a background music. ^^ i gonna use a kind of new style for this movie album of mine. one thing i dislike about this software, Fruity Loops is the brass. The Trumpet and French Horn that i used sounds awful. >.< If this is played by real orchestral, it'll sound nicer. ^^

I could see a troop of gunmen, half-crouched, running across a huge expanse of mechanical-looking areas. At 1:12, someone is about to catch them, his dark cloak billowing in the night breeze. Then they start talking, the troop and the cloaked figure, about the destiny of the Earth. A final showdown is upcoming... :shifty: Then at 2:50, the battle begins, a bit of tension there.

Sorry for my evident stupidity, as I got a bit carried away. Very nice background music. ^_^

Anyway, do you believe if i say i dont have solid foundation in music ? I only have 3 years of music foundation and i dont really know anything about theories and that's why sometimes when you mention something related to music theories, i'm like :blink: HEEHeh. I gave up music after 3 years of studies because i hate my music teacher. He's like teaching music by force. When i dont know the theory, forced me to go up to the white board and write the theories for couple of times. He loves to scold students as well, causing me to lose my interest. >.< My interest in music came back after i've started playing Final Fantasy games. I started playing Final Fantasy 8 and then 9, 10, 7, 6, 5, 4. LOL I'm playing games the reverse way. I started composing music after playing final fantasy 9. I love ff9's music so much as the melody is very attracting and relaxing for most of the tracks. I started with my first album called Lost of Ronfaure which is a final fantasy style album, then Ominous (Xenosaga style album), Tales of Two Love Birds (Anime movie style album), The Basement (Resident Evil style) and finally the two new albums, Princess of Justice and The Force. This is the my journey of venturing into the field of music. XD I'm not a real music composer though. I'm doing my final year in Electronics & Computer SYstem Engineering. Weird isnt it ? Not related to music at all. AHAHHA I only compose music during my free time. =p What about you guys? Love to hear how and when u get into the music field ?

Final Settlement is a nice song but the drums are boring and that bassline is too, try using another rythm in the bass if you want to pound away at one note for a long time, makes it interesting you know. I just hate that dance beat youre frequently using, its a shame because otherwise they are all pretty much ok. oh and one more thing, try to mix together the end of Final Settlement with the begining of Everlasting Love that way the later of the two becomes a great aftermath tune.

Final Settlement and Everlasting Love are from two different albums. One is an anime album, the other is a movie album. How to combine them?????? :blink: Too many unwanted distortions in The Fight eh? I thought so too. I used too many instruments in that track. More than 15 instruments. LOL :P Took me 9 hours to make this track even though it's only a short one. >.<

I've just finished composing a track for Ominous album. It's called World Crisis. Ominous will be a space RPG story. This music will be played near the end of the story. ^^. What kind of lyrics? I like the song, for the most part except that the singers soung REALLY REALLY fake. It sounds more like a theme that would be either an epic battle scene, or the theme of the most evil character in the game.

Lyrics. Well, for orchestral's opera choir, izzit in Latin? Well, the scene where this music will be played is basically a scene where The world is facing the greatest threat from a legendary angel of death, Zaradoom. Zaradoom is destroying every single city on Earth (Gaia), causing Tsunami, Volcano Erruption and etc. It's basically like The End of The World. Soldiers of Empire Gladius (good side) and Empire Chronicle (evil side) team up to fight Zaradoom to protect Earth. You'll see lots of airships, space ships plotting the sky, attacking Zaradoom. ^^ World Crisis is more to a CG scene music. I'm sorry that the singer's sound sounds really fake but i have no choice. Unless someone can help me write the lyric base on the the fake singer's melody and sing it. ^^. That's my only request. ^^ PRETTY PLZ !!!!!! T_T

i've just finished composing the latest music for Lost of Ronfaure album. Since Lost of Ronfaure is my own final fantasy epic, i've decided to name this track Mog's Heaven but the melody is different from Moogle's Theme. Mog's Heaven is the village of Moogles. that opening theme of yours was really something, good job! the ending needs to be more climactic though... it could be nice to leave it hanging on an "almost there" note too.

eheheheh. Well, i mostly listen to game and anime music. For game, it'll be Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy series), Yasunori Mitsuda (Xenogears, Xenosaga, Chrono Cross and etc) and Hitoshi Sakimoto (Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy XII). For anime, it'll be Yuki Kajiura's work of coz. ehehehhe. besides game and anime music. I love John William's compositions, especially Star Wars series. XD . Encounter=me like. good flow through out the entire song, you might want to think about doing something radical to the drums at some point in the song, like a fill or something, dont get me wrong, I like the drums as they are too but its just an idea... oh yeah one more thing... I think the pace is a we bit slow, try and jerk up the tempo a little bit and see how it sounds...

I will rate this 8/10. I can't really comment in a professional way because I don't compose. The intrumentation is quite good but I don't really like the high pitched instrument( can't tell what it is) in the first portion and the ending portion fo the song. It was too sharp in contrasting to the other instuments in this piece. Some parts of the music was a little fuzzy maybe it was my sound system. Overall, the melody and the harmony fitted quite nicely though a little repetitive, you could have more variations.

This is the first time I really commenting on a piece :).

It's fairly solidly done, though perhaps too conventional for my tastes. The samples are also somewhat lo-fi (though maybe it's just the mix), reminding me of the PSX's level of music, really. That's sorta the beef I have with all the stuff I've heard from you thus far, that your style is perhaps too emulative of those that you quote as your inspirations - it really doesn't try to break out of or push forward the mold of cliche game music, or even have much of a distinctive personality relatively. That said, you certainly do have a higher level of skill in music than more, judging from how "soundly" made your pieces have been so far - I just wish you'd try to do more with it.

ooooooooooo. If the music is recorded using a real keyboard, it'll definitely sound better. this is done using a music software. >.<

RUN!!
This song wa very energetic and reminded me of a war battle. Like the type that it all depends on this one battle! It seems like a very good song for a video game(a big boss maybe) or a movie with a big battle.

What a coincidence! ^^;Scary boss!!!!!!!!!!! Hide!!!! J/K Very energetic. This would really set the mood for fighting a boss. It reminds me of Kingdom Hearts.Awesome beggining and generally it is a very good song. (I type this as I hear the song.) What program is this? It's motivating and it makes me want to play a video game. Some parts reming me of games such as Jepordy(sp?), Dog Eat Dog (I think that is the name) and The Amazing Race. Awesome ending, too!

O.O I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, that is if you can call it a song. It was sooooo short. T_T Please make a continuation of this song one day! Awesome beggining! *Reads description* Oh.....I can't wait for the full version!
