Any1 have advice for a newb piano player?

I guess you could start off my getting some piano tunes by ear and learning your notes and how to read sheet music.

That's usually a good start. :)

Ummm... the forum rules don't allow that sort of talk, you know, the "ne thing" stuff, just so you know (you don't want the admins pissed off :\ ).

Anyways, maybe you can start with Adult All-in-One Course: Level 1 from Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course. It's written by Willard A. Palmer, Morton Manus, and Amanda Vick Lethco.

They swear you need to be an adult to learn piano! :blink:
