Are you a fan of theirs? Favorite songs and albums?

My favourite album would probably be Revolver or Magical Mystery Tour. Their albums can be frustratingly inconsistent, though.

Favourite songs would be I Am The Walrus, A Day in the Life, Here Comes the Sun, Michelle and I'm Only Sleeping.

I swear there was already a Beatles topic...yes, there is! Maybe it died?

I hate it how it has somehow become their trademark song. People think of Yellow Submarine when the Beatles are mentioned. A blunder on the Revolver album.

I like Lucy in Sky with Diamonds, Here Comes the Sun, Ob-la-di Ob-la-da, Please Please Mr. Postman, Twist and Shout... I had a CD with absolute all Beatles Music, but I believe I've lost it.

My mom used to sing Here Comes the Sun to me when I was little. Pretty silly sometimes, since we live in Vegas, where it's sunny ALL the time. But a lovely song. I too love Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, and the one that starts out "For the benifit of Mr. Kite, there will be a ball tonight..." All those songs from when I was very small. And of course Eleanor Rigby.

Did they write the Octupus's Garden? I can't remember. It goes:

I love Eleanor Rigby... that song is a good one to cry too. Shame it's so short...
