Hello everyone.2 days ago,I started to make music. But I dont know if i'm doing the good thing or what(can I even call this a composition?)I would like to hear what people who have been in the music before me.And I'd like too if someone could help me in choosing a way or a maneer to proceed. Here I'll put my very first making. It took me 30 min so its not going to be the heaven:Pbut I know that we must start somewhere.I also did a piano composition(FFIX,the city that never sleeps, treno)but I'll start with this one.You are all welcome to make opinions..Thanks in advance

wow old style game music!!! ^.^

hmmm if u just started i dun think u should make something so complicated... (unless u're up to it of course :P )

I dun really like the percussion...i think with this melody it should be a slow peice...

(keh dun listen to me i'm probably worse then u in the experience department.. X_X )

hmmmm just curious what did u want this peice to turn out as (happy theme, town theme, sad theme, carnival theme?)

Didn't catch my attention too much, it sounds like a SNES menu system, you know...where you choose where you want to go or something.

thats because you are right!this is super mario bros 3 map music,i chose it because it wasn't too complicated!now try this one, maybe it could catch your attention more!this one wasn't difficult of course because its only piano.so what do you think?

these are music i listen to,then i make them on a program called sonar 3.I dont make any fake or use other's music, that"s not me,i am what i am,i prefer to make my own music even if anyone would like it instead of pretending that i did it without being mine "cause i suppose that it must be easy to pretend.I dont use any model too.I use only my head, and my midi keyboard :) thats enough for me;)did I answered to your question?

さよなら!

The City that Never Sleeps is from FFIX. Or In other words, Final Fantasy 9.
If you transcribed this yourself, I would have to say you did pretty good.

Get lost, these aren't yours in any way. Before making threads named "My first composition", make sure that you come to a non-FF forum before you try to take credit for something that isn't yours. You haven't even Arranged these, I found identical ones at other sites. That doesn't show skills at all, that shows that you are a dumb moron.

I'm with Noir here.

You can't just steal other music and put it up as if your the one who created it. Its not fair and its not right.

Not much of two cents. ^_^

Nice, stealing other people's work and saying you did it? If you don't even know what the difference between a composition and a transcription is, I don't believe you actually transcribed those songs. Closed.
