Hey. I just wrote this song. It's slower and more mellow than most my songs. It has influences from many FFVII songs, mainly in the bass piano.

Im thinking of a name for it. Right now I'm thinkin "Seashore" because it opens with a seashore sound, but I dunno yet. Suggestions are welcome.

not a bad music. Influenced by ff7 ????? I cant feel any ff influence or style being used in this piece of music. In my opinion, this is more like a romantic and calm music. not ff style. ehehehhe. Anyway, I'll suggest the track name " A Day By The Beach". LOL . By the way, that rythm u made, izzit Slow Rock? I found that the hit hats u used seem to be a bit too soft. Overall, i'll give a rating of 8/10. ^^

It's in 6/8, so its like triplets in 4/4. The base in the FFVII theme iuses triplet arpeggios also, so thats the only relationship. As for the hi hat, I was still trying to figure out wether I should have put the louder or softer ones. I chose the softer one. I guess it was the wrong choice!

It's different..

but like.. just the way its composed is how it sound modern, the slow little melody in the right hand, and the 3 arpeggios in the left.. so obvious that it is the modern style.

It's calming but nothing really stuck out for me. It wasn't very original in my oppinion. It's a nice song though.

I am impressed that you're able to switch from jazz to techno to something calm without them all sounding the same though.

maestro. i dont understand music theories. I only have 3 years of music foundation and i've forgotten all the theories. I only know how to play and compose without even knowing the music theories and terms. Hopefully u wont mind to explain what's arpeggios? T_T

its mainly just rolling the chord, but keeping the notes down. i know the arpeggio that i talking about was different. but people can make grace notes fast or sort of slow.

I didn't mean it do be derogatory, I was just pointing it out. If someone didn't know what an arpeggio is, then I'm sure someone wasn't clear on what 6/8 time is.

Ok, I fix some of the errors. I realized the melody was kinda improvised the whole time, so I wrote an actual melody. I also made the hi hat alittle louder, but I still think it needs to be louder! Ok, here it is. Tell me whatcha think.

Well, it was a good song, especially for an anime.
