It stands for Fooly cooly, and that contains the word fool and cool. Basically it's about fooling around in a cool way. It's supposed to be a both funny and cool anime. Or something like that :heh:

I think it has several meanings (I don't know where mine came from, but I heard it somewhere)

ummm.......... Fooly coolie is the chant to open the barrier between dimentions on heads that can be used as a transit point.

Basically it uses the left and right brain to create a hole and allow somthing from far away to be pulled from their dimention and space to the chantings dimention and space.

Furi Kuri has no real meaning, it was created by Gainex to confuse people and get them to go around asking japanese people to make themselves look stupid... although Furi Kuri has no meaning what it was originally made to represent sex, guitars and the clashing personalities between Naota and Haruka. But no real exact meaning exists... like they say, only an idiot or a genius can understand things beyond normal people's perceptions.

furi kuri means different things in the japanese language and gets confused alot of times kinda like some of our words, and example is read. it can be pronounced reed or red and get confused although furi kuri isnt a pronouncing thing it just can mean differetn things.
furi kuri means breast tweaking , chestnuts , and something else i forgto ><. but the title means your a fool to act cool . wich is because naota tries to act older durring the whole show to be "cool" and not just act his age. wich is a problem cus it affects his social life his living life etc. its actually more indeep than you think. heres where i got my stuff at its really a helpful site ^^
