I use Sibelius (he's also on my icon, in case you were wondering). It's really easy, and compares favorably to the experience of Finale, which is equatable to stabbing yourself in the retinae with a horseradish-laden, sharpened utensil.

Oh Pshaw... FINALE isn't THAT bad, it just takes a little time getting used to; however, I never tried Sibelius myself for a long-term period, so I dunno. XD;

Yay. I switched from Finale 2006 to Sibelius 4 (Yes, I'm a poor/ rich bastard), and I'm quite happy. It's so much easier to find the stuff in Sibelius than Finale (well at least for me! It took me forever to figure out how to do Dynamic chording (you know, where you change the sound of each individual note inside a chord) in Finale - to be honest, I never figured it out - while in Sibelius it's just a Ctrl+A, three mouse clicks, and you have a nice little bar that appears above every note. By far my favorate feature; just because of it's ease of use.

Yeah, it's way better, but for some reason most people still use Finale... :(

I've started with finale, then I moved to Sibelius and then I moved back to Finale. I think Finale is more powerful and (kill me if you want) easier to create/manage pieces than Sibelius.
Well that's just my opinion.
BTW, when I moved from Sibelius to finale I watched the video tutorials that came with it and I think that helped me to understand finale better :P

Don't you mean "chord rolls"?

Very useful website when you don't know all of those symbols and how they sound like.

Off topic:

Nope I'm talking about having the Mediant being 45, the Perfect Fourth being at 70, the Dominant being 75, and the tonic being 127 (Key velosities (basically dynamics))

(ps- My spelling is all messed up. Please bear with it!)
