yeah..i've tryed freewebs and they are evil....and other places so i can't pay any sites cuz i'm poor so where's a good hosting site????

http://tripod.lycos.com/ has some good webbuilders. i havent tried html with it (wanted to learn for 3 years) but the sitebuilder option is very very good...

if you wanna do dynamic web pages, then try www.1asphost.com, so you can tack on ASP scripts
if you have no experience with HTML, though, that might not be such a good idea

Dot TK requires you to already have a web-page up for a free doman. TK is used for web-addresses.
