I found it kinda odd how they declared it. Why would they send a letter demanding for them to stop subbing? Wouldn't it be a little more polite to announce it to the public rather than to one subbing group? They didn't target Live-Evil, Anime Keep, exc... but just Shinsen-Subs. Something's not right, the owner of FUNimation must have an Icicle shoved(sp?) up his ass.

Alas I have not read the contents of the letter, so I cannot comment anymore. But it is true. Tsubasa Chronicle is licenced now. Fine time for them to do it too, right smack dab at the end of the first season.

lol. i didnt mean the fma thing. just that i had finished watching it(borrowed dvd) but tsubasa hasnt even started on season 2! and it is practically impossible for me to get it anywhere else other than the net.
and they have the fma dvd(vcd) everywhere.
how can they do this? it would take FOREVER to get the dvd etc.

and yea, i do think fma is nicer than tsubasa.

It was prelicensed I think, because everyone found out after the C&D letter that it was licensed instead of before that.

All right... Captain Tsubasa can name São Paulo as Brancos (what horrible name it means white), name Flamengo as Domingo (sunday) and name Barcelona as Catalunha to don´t pay royalties. So I think that they CAN take away Tsubasa.
