Try looking for PhotoShop LE in bundled software CD-ROMs. Sometimes I see used CD-ROMs in second-hand computer stores, used-bookstores, thrift/charity stores (Goodwill, Oxfam[?], etc.), and other places. You could also ask friends if they or their parents have any old software that they're getting rid of.

It's illegal, and you're not allowed to publicly discuss illegal pirating.

Yar.

Could a digital Robin Hood truly exist? Perhaps that is what the scallawags who come up with hacked serial numbers imagine themselves as. Such is an interesting question indeed.

In regards to your question, I use Photoshop Elements, which came with my printer. It works for my purposes, humble as they are, and was completely free with the printer.

I suppose that depends upon how you look at it though... did I buy an expensive printer and get a free CD, or did I buy an expensive CD and get a free printer? Hm... how mysterious.
