DOA's focused more on the amount of polygons in the fighter's boobs than actually being a good fighting game.

Hm...I think this topic would probably be better suited for General Game Chat...but that's just me. I agree with Muffin though. I saw an interview with the creator of DOA, and he said any good game has sex appeal. And of course he's got to have his developer team, "Team Ninja" XD to get that bouncing juuust right.

I don't care about the game, but if the delays are for finishing the game It's good isn't it? you don't want some buggy crap game do you?


btw the release dates are speculations, not always exact.

In the case of Duke Nukem Forever it's crazy though. The game was originally usin the Quake 2 engine, then they switched to the Unreal engine, then the UT engine and God knows what they are using now.

Actually I find DOA:Ultimate better than tekken 4 and soul calibur 2. at least I have the feeling the character instantly reacts when I tap a button with doa

I dont have DOA ultimate, but i do have doa3, and from what ive played, the gameplay is too slow for me and hte unlockables pretty much suck. also, the new costumes are unnervingly hard to get (i'm talking about the sparring mode or whatever) and the game got repetitive after a while.
With ultimate, it may be different, but from what ive heard in EGM and G4Tech, the gameplay is pretty much the same as doa3, along with some new costumes and backgrounds and a laggy online play. (for teh xbox).

I'm hoping the new doa (is it for the 360?) is a lot better...
