I want to know how much are the PSP's and is the White PSP out yet? And if I buy a new one what kind of PSP's are there? Ex: 1.0,1.5,2.0,ect...

The white one should be out by now, yes. As for the firmware, 1.0 and 1.5 can play roms and PSP iso's, 2.0 and above can't but 2.0 is almost completely hacked but I downgraded mine from 2.0 to 1.5 anyway and am enjoying emulation on my PSP, it's amazing.

Not true! My PSP is upgraded to 2.0 and I can play SNES ROMs on there.
