it stands between Spoonpuppet and Marlon cus Spoonpuppet is a great composer and Marlon gets better and better for every new song hear and besides that he is (going to be) a mean guitarist.

As for me, well, I really have no idea... I like the pieces of Deathraider, One Winged, Noir7, Spoonpuppet, and Constaneum... To name a few. :heh:

He's a lot more skilled in composition then most of us.

My favorite composer on this forum is DEFINITELY Al. He's probably the most versatile here.

Hehe, sure I'll go with you - I think your pieces are very technically sound (as in you actually bother to add in all those MIDI controlllers ;), and are pretty interesting to listen to as well. Too bad you only have a few pieces so far, though.

I'd say a tie between Al and Ureshii.

I really like One Winged. He/she has a great variety of songs and they are all beautiful. If I had a longer life I'd try to play them all...

I'm yankin' this thread from the depths to ask a question. @Al, so you say DarkClone is Black Mage all over again. Has he posted any new compositions? I can't find them.

Side note: It was actually Al's piano sonata that got me interested in this forum. It also really intimidated me.

Yes, I am trying to create the hardest part... the first movment.. It's hard to come up with themes, but then in the rehipiculation have them in the "natural" key of the piece.

Anyway... still Al. No one can write sonatas! =P

I don't know. I know everybody thought Pagannini made a pact with the devil to be able to play so quickly. And after looking at a transcription for cello of his 24th Caprice, I'm quite certain the devil wrote that for him.

yes it was he. the devil played the violin in his dream and as soon as he woke up he tried to write down what the devil had played...
