It seems both are pre-Overclocked. Meaning theyr warranty covers anything that happens even at those clocks.

BFG is clocked @

460 Mhz Core
1300 Mhz memory

XFX is clocked @

450 Mhz Core
1250 Mhz Memory

Theoreticaly the BFG will perform better becaus eof the higher clocks but for that little of a diference I would go for the XFX and overclock it a little more (altho you probably wont need to)
